Economic Decision-making Using Interval TOPSIS

The decision-making in the real world involves multiple criteria with conflicting nature and uncertainty. This book is about the multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) methodology that takes into account the uncertainty in the form of interval approximation, namely the interval TOPSIS (Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). The book addresses diverse illustrative applications, important to today economic sectors, such as supply chain management, energy management systems, finance management, IT projects¿ evaluation in digital economy, construction industry, and more advanced aspect like site selection for electric vehicle charging stations. Several remaining challenges that need further research are summarized at the end.
