Today's society is increasingly surrounding the presence of technology. Industry and companies are from time to time replacing human labor with Artificial Intelligence and Robotic systems. Technology tends to evolve with time, where the future will be filled with technologies that we don't even imagine exist today. Therefore the objective of the study is to develop a centralized system for renting and selling properties, using the inductive method through search techniques, which will allow people to locate a certain property, having access to all the relevant rental or sale information about a certain house or space, and will register properties to assist in the real estate sales process.
