Educational investment in the twenty first century Mobile E-Learning environment will require a comprehensive reworking of the current curriculum to infuse technology into the main stream educational program through adoption of Android device as a potential leverage. Android OS is a Mobile Operating System developed by Google to be primarily used for Touchscreen devices, Cell Phones, Tablets and other Android Accessories. The Android Operating System like any other operating system design, enables the users to manipulate the Mobile Devices intuitively, with finger movements that mirror common motions, such as Pinching, Swiping, and Tapping. In addition to Mobile Devices intensive utilization of the Android OS, Google employed Android Software in Televisions, Cars, Wristwatches and several other Wearable, each of which is fitted with a unique Graphical User Interface (GUI) for interaction. Innovations, Improvements and Progresses in technology had led to increasingly sophisticated development in Mobile Phone Computing from early generation to the Internet of Things (IOTs) generation witnessing several updated Android Smart Phones and Portables.
