Banking has existed for years as the system of monetary exchange and carrying of economic activities. In this era of Information Technology Banking has evolved over time. And hence the security of the banking system is expected to evolve with every ascending step in the technology of banking. The safe and secure functioning of the system is of paramount concerns. Attackers are constantly devising new, sophisticated and hidden methods to target the banks. To understand and detect such complex attacks a secure log record service is to be maintained. This project does the same using newer technology blockchaining and cryptocurrency. Cryptocurrency is a decentralized model of banking which is highly secure. Blockchain technology will help in creating a secure audit log that can¿t be tampered. It will give a proof of log manipulation and nonrepudiation. In this project the initiative of implementing the same by creating a Framework for Cryptocurrency using Blockchain which would ensure high security, reliability and will be dependable. This project will be built on Python.
