Does UISC promote employment or self employment generation?

The study tried to reach for the answer whether the newly inaugurated Government ICT based programme UISC in rural Bangladesh could generate employment as well as how it happened or why? The initiation of the dissertation sought to explore different ideas about the ICT¿s employment impact in different settings and modes. Accordingly, the researcher formulated a conceptual framework which explored the impact of ICT initiative through skill training and information by these hubs as employment or self-employment. The book reached to the conclusion through information and answers dug out from the semi-structured questionnaire to the respondents of four categories. During interviews the questionnaires were different from each other but the main focus of the researcher was the employment and income increase issues. In the interview process of each category respondents were found of different age, gender, professions. As researcher while analysing the data I found limitation that this programme is inaugurated all over the country but the researcher could cover only 1 geographic area out of 482 such geographical areas due to time constraints.
