Diversity of Information Management

The goal of management is making the success of the business. The activities and challenges in the background are diverse. The main focus points are strategic issues, human (staff) relations, management systems, customer orientation, project management and sustainability. Nowadays also the lean approach is becoming more popular. At first sight these areas are fundamentally different. The connection between them is the need for information. The essential task of the manager is decision making that is infeasible without the proper information base. This book gives an overview of business possibilities.
