This book is the result of a collection of articles that address issues in various areas of Law. The compilation of the articles in this book arose not only from the need for greater dissemination of the content of the texts, but mainly because of the seriousness of the problems discussed in the light of the changes that are required in the matters analyzed, namely the Law of Lands and Urban Soil, the Concrete and Abstract Successive Supervision of the Constitutionality and Legality of Repealed Rules, the Civil Registry and Children's Rights, Banking Law and Consumers of Banking Services, Migratory Law, Sanctioning Order and Appeal against Rejection of Exceptions, Public Procurement, Public Administration, Terrorism and Safeguarding of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms.
