Designing of nano Photocatalysts For Removal of organic pollutions

The combination of the growing population, the growth of industries and climate change especially in developing countries, causes an increasing pressure on already scarce resources. Scarcity of clean water sources is a significant challenge in the future century in these countries. The re-use and recycling of industrial wastewater are practical, sustainable solutions for prevention of water pollution sources and water scarcity. Photocatalysis process is an effective and green technology for removal and degradation of organic pollutants. In this book according to the experiences and researches of the author, some photocatalytic applications in the removal of colored and mineral pollutants and the factors affecting the efficiency and mechanism and kinetics of degradation in various applications have been discussed and investigated.
