Recycling of plastics should be carried in such a manner to minimize the pollution level during the process and as a result to enhance the efficiency of the process and conserve the energy. The manually operated machine is converted into pneumatically operated machine by applying proper design procedure. A plastic recycle machine includes assembly of mechanical components like hopper, frame, heating-coil, pneumatic cylinder.
