Demographics: Theory and applications

Demographic problems in any society are very complex, so this spot, and the need for knowledge of demographic changes, movements and analyzes are important for planning segments of the population and the economic development of the country. Therefore, the study of demographics is welcome, not only in scientific and academic circles, higher education, but also more widely among the population. This book is primarily tasked to introduce students to the geography of the eponymous department at the Faculty of Natural and Technical Sciences, units of the University "Goce Delchev" in Stip, gain basic knowledge about the most important issues that treats science as demographics of the population.The material in this paper is divided into four topics, namely: I. INTRODUCTION TO DEMOGRAPHICS, II. MOVEMENT OF POPULATION, III. STRUCTURE OF THE POPULATION, IV. TRANSITION AND DEMOGRAPHIC POPULATION POLICY.
