Decriminalisation of abortion

There has been much discussion about the moment of emergence of the personality of the human person, for the purposes of civil rights. However, although the Brazilian Civil Code determines the emergence of personality, through the birth with life of the baby, this codex also protects the unborn child. Which brings us to the present study, given that allowing the realisation of abortion indiscriminately, up to a certain period, is to determine that, while the fetus does not reach a certain gestational age, it will not be protected by legislation, thus leaving it at the mercy of the subjectivity of each one. Furthermore, this study covers a whole current sociological problem, as well as possible and future, if the criminal legislation is changed to allow the interruptive procedure. In short, this book analyses the history of abortion throughout the trajectory of humanity and the legislation of each era on the subject until the present time. A work that aims to nourish the search for information, researchers in the sociological, medical, legal area, representatives of public administration, as well as defenders and protectors of human rights and dignity of the human person!
