What is data center? Before the 90s, using the Internet was simply not possible for ordinary people, because using Internet facilities required special knowledge. The command line environment and the non-graphical structure of the Internet made ordinary users not interested in using the Internet. In the early 90s, after the emergence of the concept of the web on the Internet (1993) and the HTTP protocol, which simply provided the possibility of sharing documents on the Internet, the number of Internet users increased day by day. On the other hand, with the addition of Internet users, the volume of documents also increased day by day. Undoubtedly, the old internet lines and existing servers did not have the ability to respond to the huge number of users. Also, with the increase of users and the increase in the volume of documents, as well as the ease of publishing information on the Internet, business concepts also entered the Internet arena. Commercial companies needed servers that would allow them to easily and quickly provide their information to their customers and users.
