Cross-Border Insolvency Procedure versus Romanian Insolvency Procedure

In recent decades, the world has undergone serious banking crisis that 'sharp' awareness and understanding of the causes, problems and risks, namely the potential costs connected to the insolvency of banks and other financial institutions.
