Costs and Benefits of Vocational Training in Bali Indonesia

This title of this paper is ¿Costs and Benefits of Vocational Training, the case study on NGO of Maha Boga Marga (MBM), Bali Indonesia. There are two formulation of this research problem that are: (1) How to estimate the costs and the benefits associated with the vocational training provided by MBM?, (2) How to evaluate whether vocational training provided by Maha Boga Marga in Bali is economically desirable, i.e., to see whether this training adds or withdraws net resources of the community?. The purposes of this research are: (1) to estimate the costs and the benefits associated with the vocational training provided by MBM, and (2) To evaluate whether vocational training provided by Maha Boga Marga in Bali is economically desirable, i.e., to see whether this training adds or withdraws net resources of the community.
