Continuous Assessment in Primary Schools in Ethiopia

Nowadays, education theorists, educational policy makers and educational practitioners strongly insist that classroom assessment is not something that is separated from instruction, rather it must be aligned with the curriculum goals and objectives and instruction as well. The ¿traditional assessment¿ that comes after the end of instruction as one shot final examination cannot suit with this alignment principle of teaching and learning. Hence forth, this book is about continuous assessment in primary schools which can help students, teachers and even instructors to integrate the components of teaching and learning (Curriculum goals & objectives, instruction and assessment) meaningfully.
