Competitiveness management based on product quality improvement

In the conditions of market relations for the successful development of multi-nomenclature industrial production the problem of creating a competitive enterprise and products becomes particularly relevant. High-quality products contribute to the growth in demand and increase in sales, which, all other things being equal, ensures the efficiency of production.At the same time, clear organizational and methodological support for effective competitiveness management based on quality improvement, taking into account the specifics of the tasks of industrial enterprises, has not been fully developed in Russia so far, and has not been studied.In this regard, the author in this study considers the urgent need to develop and scientifically substantiate organizational and methodological support for effective competitiveness management based on quality improvement of industrial enterprises.
