College Students on ICT-Based Education

ICT-Based Education is no longer new to developed countries but for developing countries like the Philippines, it is something to be prepared for. Are new and younger Higher Education Institutions in the Philippines ready for this 21st century educational paradigm? The ASEAN Integration 2015 compels member-countries of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) to realign themselves, particularly in the area of education, with what is considered as world-class for them to continuously exist and co-exist with each other in the region. This is the challenge that Filipinos and ASEAN neighbors are facing right now--the challenge to stay relevant amidst the oxymoron of fearful opportunity that will sweep the region.
