Civil service law

The book deals with the study of the civil service and its law. Indeed, in every country, the civil service is subject to regulation. The civil service therefore has its own law, laid down in the laws of every country. This specific and special law requires the administration to respect the rights of civil servants, but also requires them to respect their obligations towards the administration. This book is aimed at all current and future civil servants, whatever their country. The civil service is divided into several hierarchies, each with its own specific legal status.
