Challenges and Assessment of E-recruitment in D.R.Congo.

Acquiring a skilled and competent workforce is increasingly becoming a major challenge for companies to meet new market expectations and face competition. Barkat and Oukrid (2018) consider that Human Resources Management is about developing a vision of the organization's short- and medium-term future, forecasting human resources needs, monitoring resources and analyzing qualitative and quantitative gaps. Social science research shows that there is a mismatch between labor supply and demand. There is an abundance of skilled labor in the labor market, and a lack of demand. E-recruitment ensures greater transparency and fairness in the recruitment process, avoiding any form of discrimination.
