This book takes into account the changes and reforms of English Business Law since the United Kingdom decided to leave the European Union. It also considers the treatment of international sales contracts by English Law and by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods to which most of the developed countries including Germany, Japan, Australia, Canada and USA (but not UK) are contracting parties. The book will be useful to students preparing for an examination in English and Global Business Law. It includes a chapter on ¿Examination Technique¿ written by a former chief examiner in law to the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants and a selection of examination questions with suggested answers from professional examinations.
