The present book portraits the picture of Indian corporate boards. The non-financial firms listed on BSE 100 index were selected for the analysis. The secondary data was collect from the annual report of the respective firm and their official website. Corporate governance scorecard was design based on the review literature and the effectiveness of the boards was evaluated based on this scorecard. The Crosstabs, hypothesis testing, correlations, and discriminant analysis has been done to analyze the data.
