For too long, Michael Steinhardt's business clients were mostly centered around helping small, family owned firms with their retirement plans and in turn, helping their employees navigate the decisions ahead of them. He felt there was a gap in "delivery" and participants were not getting the best of his industry and many consumers were too often making poor financial decisions. This became a bit of a calling card for Michael and his relationships, that he took it upon himself to dedicate the time to be in front of his groups to help them see a bit more clearly. He did this by crafting an educational and entertaining talk centered around retirement, investing, markets, and investor behaviors. He found storytelling and painting verbal pictures to be most helpful in these environments to help consumers and participants.

BG & G is a book for the consumer who wants to see more clearly the financial landscape ahead of them. The varying needs, decisions, products and methods of addressing can be complicated, confusing and frustrating. This book will break down many of these issues and topics in an easy to understand format. It will offer examples and, oftentimes, stories to allow you to better grasp the concept being addressed. Although information is in abundance, the gap of making sound decisions is ever wider. But the content within these pages will assist in taking several topics and presenting clarity in direction.
