Blood Group Diet and Health

The central theoretical argument of this book is that human blood groups recognize some specific diets that are helpful in stabilizing the health status of the carriers of any specific blood group. As such, one ought to know his/her blood group and the diets that are compatible with the blood type and can serve as medicine for him/her at consumption. More so, the book calls for adherence to the ethical manner of eating ¿ clean and well prepared balanced diet that is in line with one¿s blood group. With appropriate blood group diet, medicine/drugs and food supplements are just supplementary to one¿s physical, mental and psychological wellbeing. In all of these however, God, the Creator and Maker of heaven and earth must be reverenced and fully recognized as the great Physician in the light of the Scripture. Therefore, man¿s genuine health is strongly dependent on God - His word and the Holy Spirit. The fact that God is the ultimate Giver of life and He rules over all beings obligates everyone to acknowledge Him as the great Healer and Giver of good health.
