Among the existing bibliometric approaches, Mr. Jean-Claude Simon Biyoko Mabua has adopted Lotka's theory of the productivity of a scientific community. The implementation of this theory allowed the author to observe that Lotka's law for online books asserts itself as a function of the sample size.
