From the first days of independence of our country step by step reforms were carried out in the direction of socially oriented market economy.The place and role of the state budget is very important in a market economy. Because the state directly relies on the budget system to regulate revenues and expenditures, improve the standard of living of the population, stimulate production.In the Republic of Uzbekistan, public finance and the state budget, which is its important component, play an important role in the liberalization of the economy and radical improvement of civil society. The state budget constitutes the material and financial basis for the realization of social, economic, political, environmental and other tasks of the country and reflects certain relations with all parts of the financial system regulated by budgetary and financial legislation.
