This work meets the need of the company SOPAL (SFAX_TUNISIA) of the starting of an assembly machine. We began with the study which consists in the elaboration of the technical documents to facilitate our task of repair, creation of the GRAFCET useful for the programming of a new automaton SIEMENS S7 200. For this, we used many tools and software described in the report.
