Atraumatic Restorative Treatment(ART)

Among the subjects in the science of dentistry, Preventive and Community Dentistry forms the basis of dental health care services and holds the key for developing awareness about the social aspects of the profession and the responsibilities towards the community among all those who are engaged in this profession. However there has long been felt a need for a book on Atraumatic restorative treatment to bridge the gap between the vast information in this field and a relevant arrangement of useful knowledge. The first edition of "Atraumatic restorative treatment" came out of this need felt. Extensive coverage in depth into various related topics have been done in order to reduce the task of students searching for many books. In a novel approach, special emphasis has been laid to describe conditions in an Indian situation rather than relying on a foreign background.
