Atlas of Leishmaniasis

Atlas of leishmaniasis is a useful guide for students in all fields of medicine. The purpose of preparing these photos is to acquaint medical students, pharmacy, laboratory sciences, veterinary, paramedical, nurses, midwives and health experts and parasitologists with leishmaniasis wounds. The present book contains color photographs of people in whom leishmaniasis has caused severe skin wounds, which shows that one of the important factors in the spread of this disease is non-observance of hygienic principles. The first series of images in this book were prepared between 2005 and 2009 and the second series in the summer of 1997. In addition, the images of authoritative references such as WHO have been used and are classified in the areas of head, face, limbs and trunk, respectively. It is hoped that this atlas will be used and accepted by knowledge enthusiasts.
