Assessment of leadership skill on human capacity development. Examination of Nasarawa Broadcasting Service Keffi (NBS)

The assessment of leadership skill on human capacity development particular focus on Nasarawa Broadcasting Service Keffi (NBS). It is targeted toward identifying leadership skill as a determinant to human capital development. The study encompassed all the staff in the organization. This research would be a useful instrument to Nasarawa Broadcasting Service (NBS) as it will expose the relevance of leadership skills in addressing the problem of human capital development.

More so, the findings and recommendation of this research will be of utmost importance to Nasarawa Broadcasting Service (NBS) Keffi, policy makers, society and potential researchers especially as it relates to addressing leadership skills and human capital development in Nigerian media stations, creating virile economy through improved and a well-motivated workforce and strategic employment generation to enhancing efficiency and effectiveness, to expose different kind of leadership skills and suggest measures for improving human capital development in Nasarawa Broadcasting Service (NBS) Keffi.
