ASPECTS OF SOME PATHOGENETIC MECHANISMS OF SCHIZOPHRENIA

The book considersclinical-psychological and immunological features of some pathogenetic mechanisms in patients with schizophrenia.Schizophrenia is one of the most important problems of modern psychiatry. One of the proofs of this can be a large number of scientific studies, which are conducted in all countries of the world in order to clarify its nosological boundaries, to search for the causes and peculiarities of its appearance and development, to develop new methods of treatment and social rehabilitation of patients.In the course ofthe conductedresearchacomplex method was developed, which allows to establish synchronous correlations between the clinical, psychological and immunological state of schizophrenia patients and gives immunological substantiation of the phenomenon of "splitting" in schizophrenia.Taking into account the obtained data regarding synchronous changes in the mental and immunological status of schizophrenia patients allows to modify treatment and rehabilitation measures, to combine therapy with psychotropic drugs with immunomodulators more precisely and justifiably
