Angel, Syndicates and Venture Capital is a collection of articles identifying the primary components of the venture capital continuum. The articles focus largely on the informal venture capital segment of the venture capital continuum consisting of individual angel investors, the formation and operation of angel syndicates. The articles also provides the reader with an understanding of who is an angel investor, the investment transaction and the operations of various forms of angel syndicates. The last article of the book identifies relationship between the angel investor(s) and entrepreneur during the investment process. The book is geared to the entrepreneur and the angel investor and provides an overview of the informal venture capital segment of the venture capital continuum.
