Analysis of the mobilization of financial resources for agricultural projects

This document, based in large part on an analysis, is the fruit of the reflection of two students, ABOUBACAR COULIBALY and MOUSSA DIANE, in the Master's degree program in Quantitative Analysis, Policy and Economics (AQPE) at the Faculty of Economics and Management (FSEG) of the University of Bamako. It is essentially focused on an analysis of the mobilization of financial resources for agricultural projects: the case of the PCDA. This work is strategically elaborated from the globality to the particularity notably in two essential parts: the history of the CADP in Mali the 1st part, situation and analysis of the mobilization of financial resources the 2nd part. Both parts are composed of chapters and sections. Like any human work, criticism and suggestions are welcome on this document.
