Analysis Of Madrasah Supervisor Performance

The existence and role of madrasah in the development of education in Indonesia has become undoubtedly true. The existence of madrasah is one of the concern of some muslims about the importance of human resource development through education based on Islam. In an effort to ensure the quality of madrasah. the role of madrasah supervisors become inevitable. A rationale based on causal-comparative research was conducted against madrasah supervisor found in several regions in Indonesia to find out more about the influence of supervisors' compliance and competence towards their performance in madrasah. This book, therefore, provides a new metric of success for every school supervisor in boosting up their compliance and competence to excel their performance at work.
