The text instructs on methods that may be employed to ascertain facilities availability and suitability; achievements on objectives of the programme; competencies acquired by the graduates of the programme; the relevance of the acquired competencies in the world of work; employers' ratings of graduates' competencies demonstrated and the short falls apparent from levels of abilities exhibited by the graduates considered as products of the programme; personnel development activities and interests on the programme; and improvement need of the programme.
