Agronomic Investigation on Growth and Yield of Aerobic Rice

Agriculture is facing unprecedented challenge due to shrinking water resource. But Agriculture is only way to overcome food scarcity and employment to rural sector. At present, improvement of technologies and efficient use of farm inputs can make agriculture more sustainable and profitable. Rice is a staple food crop of south-India and major produce is consumed in India and Asian countries. Under limited water resource, Aerobic rice technology provides assured food production. In this regard, attempt has been made to develop Aerobic rice technologies and its practice in India. The book consists of seven chapters including reviews. Book is very much useful to the technology of China, Philippine, India and other countries. The tables and figures are given in the chapters which are self explanatory.
