AGRICULTURAL GRADUATES TOWARDS AGRICULTURE AS PROFESSION

This book deals with the issue of 'farm readiness' among the agricultural graduates. With the increase in number of agricultural graduates every year, the employment opportunities have gradually reduced. In such case, taking up farming as a profession is a better option for them being graduates in agriculture. But, many people regard agriculture as a non-professional and less profitable career. So, the present book intends to know the actual aspirations and perception of agricultural graduates in taking up agriculture as a profession after their graduation. It also reveals about the suggestions given by the graduates which further helps in overcoming the constraints faced by them in taking up farming as an occupation.
