Acute combined craniocerebral trauma with injuries of the musculoskeletal system and spinal cord

The provision of medical care to victims of CMT, especially in mass casualty admissions, is a complex multi-stage process of concerted efforts by medical professionals of different specialties. In case of STEMI it is often necessary to immediately provide and implement specialized care irrespective of the available medical capabilities and social conditions. These problems are most urgent in large-scale disasters (railway and aviation, earthquakes, floods, hurricanes), which, unfortunately, became an integral reality of the late twentieth century and nowadays.This monograph deals with the diagnosis and treatment of secondary brain injuries in acute combined craniocerebral injuries with the development of mathematical prediction of their outcomes.
