Why is e-Learning an appeal to colleges and universities? Arguably, distance education, or making use of computers and Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Blackboard, Moodle and Canvas, to connect students and faculty in a learning environment that uses mobile phones, laptops, and social media technologies is evolving as a pedagogic opportunity.
