This study is on some problems that relates to managing risks in software project development when AGILE Methodologies are used as process models. As the software industry is moving towards AGILE-SCRUM this research concentrates on this process model where there is very little bit of success rate in terms of risk management. Effective risk management is possible with the inclusion of new roles and teams without more deviation to the actual SCRUM process model which are proposed through this work.
