A LOOK AT SMART ORGANIZATIONS

This article shows a theoretical research with the purpose of generating the construction of knowledge through the analysis of the elements that make up the evolution of intelligent organizations within the context of the information and knowledge society. In order to achieve the research objectives, it was necessary to carry out a documentary review based on the constructs of intelligent organizations and the information and knowledge society. As for the methodology, it was based on the quantitative approach under the field design, at a descriptive level. The survey was used as a technique and as an instrument the questionnaire and direct observation, validated by three (3) experts. The reliability of the instrument was analyzed by Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. It was possible to conclude that the company is in the process of implementing a transformation towards an intelligent organization despite the difficulties that this represents.
