The research data was collected from 184 employees,  from three different economic sectors: banking,  health and education. The nature and typology of  mobbing, and its associations with the  aforementioned key organizational concepts are  examined in detail with references to Turkish law. According to the findings of this study: mobbing is  strongly associated bi-directionally with the  concepts of organizational climate and  organizational trust. Within this framework, when  organizational climate and trust is perceived  positively by the members of an organization, the  rate of mobbing decreases.
