Moreover, the study investigated the moderating role of job satisfaction and its influence on those relationships. A cross-sectional survey was distributed to Millennial employees across thirteen companies located in Bangkok (Thailand) and a total of 400 responses were obtained.This study recommends that managers focus on the improvement of each studied work-related factor. A balance must be maintained among all of them to generate a greater commitment by Millennial employees.
