The objectives of this work are to obtain a nanometric coating and to analyze its wear rate. The coating was a mixture of 5% WC-CoCr (used in commercial form and milled at times of 3, 6 and 12 hours) in a Ni-Cr matrix. The coating was deposited by HVOF (High Velocity Oxygen Fuel). Tribological, profilometry, roughness, microhardness and Raman tests were performed.
