The complaint management shows  in which cases \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethe  customers  are  unsatisfied  with  the  insurance  company.  The  assessment  of \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ecauses  is  the  next  step.  If  the  reasons  for  the  dissatisfaction  are  analyzed,  the \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ecompany is able to start the elimination of the reasons with different methods. One of \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003ethese methods  is  the  complete  process  optimisation. Processes are  very  important \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003efor  companies.  They  can  save money  and  a  lot  of  time  if  they  introduce  effective \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eprocesses.
