We refer this design as Adaptive  Service Design (ASD) which enables the service  provider to perform: 1. Service Di¿erentiation: Pre-generate multiple  service descriptions for single service which  facilitate di¿erent groups of potential customers  interaction needs. 2. Service Adaptation: identify users functionality  and interaction requirements. If all current  existing service descriptions mismatch with user  requirements, the business processes and service  descriptions are dynamically generated to meet the  requirements.
