Some of them are: \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo find out the role of senior management teams (SMTs) in enhancing school academic performance.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTo find out the factors that hinder the SMTs from improving pupil academic performance.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe findings of the study revealed that school management teams (SMTs) are a significant factor that influence pupil academic performance in schools.
