The Causes and Effects of Drug and Substance Abuse Among Students

Drug is a substance other than food that affects body functions. Improper use of it is referred to as ¿drug abuse¿ and it is a menace to individuals, community and nations. A drug may be abuse when it is self-administered rather than being administered under medical supervisor drug abused may lead to dull perception and erratic behavior, deterioration in schools work. Over excitation, mental and body harm. Drug may be use for treatment and the diagnosis of diseases, some drugs affect the central nervous system, some also affect the psychological wellbeing of the individuals. In general drugs may be misused without a medical doctors prescription, the drug abuse affects person judgments and reactions. It results in thousands of accidents and yet socially accepted. The problems of drugs abuse is a worldwide phenomenon and that is the whole world is working hard to wage war against it. This, the schools administrators and other agencies should put¿ hand on back¿ ad fight this deteriorating issue.
