A concentration gradient (500, 1000, 2000and 3000¿g) of each compound was put into study. From the study, it is observed thatits shows a maximum zone of inbition. 2-hyroxy acetophenone and 4 ¿chloro ¿o-phenylene diamine were refluxed in ethanol and the product is 2-[N-(4-chloro-2-{[1-(2-hydroxyphenyl)ethylidene]amino}phenyl)ethanimidoyl]phenolandits complexes were prepared. The product was confirmed byTLC, IR, 1H NMR and UVStudies.
