In this method, polyurethane was synthesized by the pre-polymer method, and polypropylene glycol, hex methylene disocyanate, and di-methyl propionic acid were used in the vicinity of the catalyst for this purpose. Then synthesized polyurethane is dispersed by double-distilled water and finally, vinyl monomers and versatic acid and vinyl acetate and vinyl trimethoxysilane along with polyurethane and with the emulsion polymerization method are converted to one vinyl-urethane hybrid co polymer modified with silane. The necessary tests among its thermal properties and stability were investigated.
