The first appearance of Fall armyworm was noticed in1 st SMW (16 larvae \/10 plants) thereafter it was increased gradually and reached its peak (22 larva \/10 plant) in 6 th SMW. The cumulative mean data suggested that emamectin benzoate 5SG (2.28 larva \/10 plant ) proved effective with minimum infestation of Fallarmyworm and found at par with chlorantraniliprole 18.5 SC (2.69 larva \/10 plant )and flubendiamide 39.35 SC (3.21 larva \/10 plant), thimethoxam 12.6 + lambdacyhalothrin 9.5 ZC (4.95 larva \/10 plant), indoxacarb 14.5 SC (5.47 larva \/10plant), spinosad 45 SC (5.62 larva \/10 plant) and profenophos 50 EC (6.96 larva\/10 plant) appeared as next better treatments in this respect respectively.
